1. About PTKNRI

PTKNRI is a personal trainer management platform designed to help personal trainers manage clients, session packages, bookings, reminders, payments, expenses, and related business administration.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account or using PTKNRI, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use PTKNRI.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for activity carried out through your account. You should notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

4. Acceptable Use

You must use PTKNRI lawfully and must not misuse, interfere with, damage, reverse engineer, attempt to gain unauthorised access to, or use the service in a way that could harm PTKNRI or other users.

5. Client Information

If you enter information about your clients into PTKNRI, you are responsible for ensuring that you are permitted to collect, use, and provide that information for use with the service and for complying with applicable privacy and data protection requirements.

6. Reminders and Communications

PTKNRI may provide automated reminders and other communications as part of the service. You are responsible for ensuring that client contact details and reminder preferences are accurate and that you have any permissions required to send communications to those clients.

Automated communications are provided as a convenience and delivery cannot be guaranteed.

7. Payments and Business Records

PTKNRI may allow you to record package prices, payment statuses, expenses, revenue, and other business information. These features are provided for administrative purposes and do not constitute accounting, tax, financial, or legal advice.

You remain responsible for verifying your financial records and meeting your own tax, accounting, and legal obligations.

8. Availability and Changes to the Service

We aim to keep PTKNRI available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

9. Intellectual Property

PTKNRI and its software, branding, design, and related materials are owned by or licensed to PTKNRI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of PTKNRI or its intellectual property to users.

10. Your Data

You retain your rights in information that you provide through PTKNRI. You grant us the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit, and otherwise handle that information for the purpose of operating and providing the service.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or suspend access to PTKNRI where reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, or third parties, investigate suspected misuse, comply with legal obligations, or address a material breach of these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PTKNRI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as PTKNRI develops or as legal or operational requirements change. We will update the date shown at the top of this page when changes are made.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute relating to these Terms or PTKNRI will be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
