PTKNRI is a personal trainer management platform designed to help personal trainers manage clients, session packages, bookings, reminders, payments, expenses, and related business administration.

Personal trainers using PTKNRI may also enter information about their clients. This may include a client's name, email address, phone number, training goal, notes, session information, package information, payment status, and reminder preferences.

We use personal information to provide and operate PTKNRI, authenticate users, manage client and session records, send requested service communications and reminders, maintain security, troubleshoot problems, and improve the service.

4. Client Information Entered by Trainers

Trainers are responsible for ensuring that they have an appropriate basis for entering and using their clients' information in PTKNRI and for providing any notices required by applicable privacy law.

PTKNRI processes this information to provide the service to the trainer and does not permit one trainer to access another trainer's client records through their account.

PTKNRI uses third-party service providers to operate parts of the service, including cloud database and authentication infrastructure, hosting, and email delivery. Personal information may be processed by these providers where necessary to provide their services to PTKNRI.
